Experience the fusion of two activities we at Harbor Paddle Board Club are excited about, Stand up paddle boarding and yoga. This summer you can practice paddle board yoga right here in Harbor Springs! Stand up paddle board yoga or SUP yoga is the truth. You will connect with your mind and body in a way that leaves you feeling amazing from head to toe. Connect with your breathing, water, nature, and practice yoga in its purest form. I mean we are about 90% water right? Stand up paddle board yoga challenges you to begin postures properly through breathing and body control. On a paddle board, every movement on your board yields a reaction. Basically you slow down your movement. SUP Yoga grounds you in a way. You must try it!

Doing yoga postures on a stand up paddle board increases core strength and agility and is a perfect way to get out in the sun and fresh air! Our Sup yoga instructors have developed a unique Yoga Paddle Board sequence you will love! Paddle board yoga is great for the body, mind and spirit. Don’t worry about falling in. Our paddle board yoga instructors will teach you proper paddle boarding technique as well and offer modifications of every posture so you feel comfortable and enjoy your time on the water.What’s included when you sign up for a SUP yoga class costing 50$?
